Built with Next.js and TypeScript, it features secure user authentication via Clerk, subscription and payment handling via Stripe Webhooks, and a content management backend powered by Sanity CMS. The responsive, component-driven UI is styled with TailwindCSS, and covers hands-on lessons in robot movement, sensor integration, and autonomous routines—complete with code examples, quizzes, and progress tracking.

Roboinsights is a collaborative scouting platform designed specifically for VEX Robotics Competition (VRC) teams. Built with a modern TypeScript/Next.js/React stack, it offers customizable match-scouting forms, real-time data entry, and live dashboards that visualize robot and team performance metrics. Coaches and student drivers can log opponent behaviors, analyze trends, and generate shareable analytics reports for strategy planning. With flexible subscription plans starting at $3 per user/month and optional annual licensing, RoboInsights makes advanced robotics analytics accessible and affordable for small school teams.

Developed a privacy-first web app that connects with LMS platforms like Canvas to ingest syllabi, slides, documents and images, then uses the Vercel AI SDK + OpenAI to generate human-sounding drafts, flashcards, concise notes, and quizzes for students—all without retaining user data. Developing this project taught me a lot about custom AI workflows and just how powerful LLMs can be given the current tools.

Roboinsights Metal is built off of the original website and base idea. In every robotics industry feedback is crucial to ensure consistent and smooth operation. So why doesn't Vex have a mainstream solution for data logging on the actual robot hardware? The Vex V5 brain supports writing data to the SD Card slot (≥16gb) and the onboard ARM Cortex A9 is more than capable to run algorithms and log data in realtime. So I set out to build a template agnostic solution to provide Vex teams with analytics.
